Metro Parks' Oct. 21 closures update, checked Oct. 26, says only the boardwalk near the observation deck (about 0.5 miles near the wetland area) is closed for repairs; it does not say the entire Shelby Bottoms Greenway is closed. Check the closure notice before visiting.
